Since childhood, I've been drawn to exploring the world through art, often found with a sketchbook in hand, seeking to understand the complexities of life. After completing my BFA and BEd, I felt a calling to make a positive impact and share my passion with others. Transitioning from teaching to therapy felt natural, as I've always thrived in meaningful one-on-one conversations with people. 

Those close to me describe me as warm, real, empathetic, and grounded. I deeply resonate with the notion that the therapeutic relationship is paramount for change, emphasizing meeting clients where they are and fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can feel heard and understood.

 Drawing from my diverse life experiences, I bring empathy and understanding to the struggles people face. I believe seeking counselling requires courage and a willingness to confront one's challenges and embrace change. My goal is to provide support and guidance as clients navigate their journey towards healing and growth.

I obtained my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from The University of British Columbia following my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Education (BEd) in studio art practice and secondary art education.
